Nokalakevi Museum
Georgian Version

In Nokalakevi near the site there is an archaeological museum (since 1988). The director is Enriko Kokaia. There are kept prescious things in the museum found in Nokalakevi and its suburbs, which put their tribute in investigation of Nokalakevi. In 1991 during the civil war, Nokalakevi Museum was robbed.

Now the museum is in very bad condition, because of hard economical situation: the security system, which is very important for museum, doesn't work; The electricity of the building needs to be changed; Visitors have to see things, exibited in the museum, by the torch, because of lack of electricity.
